Good place to stay near the airport

Large rooms with adequate space. The staff were very helpful to send information.

Spacious,location is great, free shuttle to the airport. Room has almost everything you need for a night stay. Staff is responsive.

A great place to rest while transiting through Incheon Airport.

This location was perfect for our 10 hour transit in Seoul on our way back home to Australia. There was a free shuttle bus taking us directly to the hotel from our airport terminal. The beds were very comfortable and we bought some food to eat from the grocery store downstairs. It was also a short walk to Paradise City with lots of dining opportunities (which we didn't need this time, but we did some sightseeing).

There was only one spoon and no other cutlery in the room. We would have loved a couple of forks to eat our meal!

A very convenient place for early flight. Good enough for short and easy stay over

It was a place to sleep

Not much. Proximity to airport maybe

Not a single piece of cutlery or crockery, drawers etc were dirty and run down. Not a pleasurable experience

Ok stay

The location was a bit of a trek but close to where I needed to be. The information from the host was helpful and once I was out of the airport it was quite easy but if you are out late you can not get a bus from the airport to the location after 9 or 10pm. The room was clean but very basic and sparse. There is a nice little coffee place if you head towards the left of the main building.

The room was bright at night so it was difficult to sleep and the bed was very hard and the apartment block itself was not very quiet with doors banging and stuff left outside apartments.

Brief stay but it was great!

Its a bit unfortunate that our stay was very short that we arent able to utilise the facilities provided. the room was spacious, there were washing machine, sink, microwave and fridge provided. I imagine if were staying there for a longer time we'd enjoy utilising the facilities provided. theres also a free shuttle service from the airport so getting there wasnt a problem. The communication part was also superb, we received check in info and shuttle service we re provided earlier, and response was fast. In brief, it was a brief stay but it was great

The bed was a bit uncomfortable to me, and the pillow could be a bit thicker, and id like to suggest the manager tp provide proper mugs as paper cups can only be used once and its hard to use for hot beverage making.

It's alright, but perfect location

- The place is in an extremely convenient location - Arrival instructions are extremely clear - Check-in was smooth (it's through a code) - Place is pretty big

- The cleanliness was not the best

Great stay!

It was nice to have a washer, to clean my clothes, after 2 weeks of traveling. I also really enjoyed the full shower water pressure. It was nice and refreshing!

The bed was pretty hard.
